These terms govern access to PageLobby. By creating or using an account, you agree to them and to the Acceptable Use Policy.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must approve your use. ChatGPT sign-in identifies the account holder, but PageLobby does not verify the public name, username, image, affiliation, or identity a creator chooses. You are responsible for your account and its content.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give PageLobby a limited, worldwide permission to host, process, reproduce, and display that content solely to operate, secure, promote, and improve PageLobby. You must own the content or have all necessary permission to use it.

External destinations

PageLobby can open an approved external site in an isolated, temporary browser and relay that browser to the visitor. Session compatibility, speed, logins, media, downloads, payments, passkeys, and other device-dependent features are not guaranteed. Visitors should use “Open directly” for checkout or whenever a destination requires the device browser. External sites are controlled by their owners, not PageLobby, and use their own terms and privacy policies.

Safety and enforcement

You may not use PageLobby for illegal, deceptive, harmful, rights-infringing, or prohibited activity described in the Acceptable Use Policy. We may scan destinations, limit publication, disable links or profiles, preserve evidence, and suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary. We may act on reports without prior notice where urgent safety or legal concerns exist.

No guarantees

PageLobby is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, availability of any username, successful embedding of every destination, approval by any social platform, or the accuracy or safety of third-party content. To the maximum extent allowed by law, PageLobby is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Changes and termination

You can stop using PageLobby and delete your account at any time. We may change or discontinue features and may update these terms. Continued account use after an update means acceptance of the updated terms where permitted by law.
