Information we collect

When a creator signs in, PageLobby receives a stable account identifier, verified email address, and—when available—a name from ChatGPT. We store the profile information, links, blocks, themes, social destinations, images, and settings the creator chooses to publish or save.

For product analytics we store profile-view and link-click events with timestamps. We do not intentionally store a visitor’s IP address in analytics events. Safety and contact forms create a rotating one-day pseudonymous request token from network and browser information to limit spam.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate creators, operate public profiles, start private browsing sessions for approved destinations, provide private analytics, prevent abuse, answer requests, investigate reports, and maintain platform security. We do not sell personal information or use private creator data for behavioral advertising.

Public information and external sites

A creator’s username, display name, profile image, bio, selected social profiles, and published blocks are public. Email remains private unless the creator deliberately publishes it as a block. External sites are governed by their own privacy policies and may collect the information entered there.

When a visitor chooses a PageLobby private session, PageLobby starts an isolated, temporary browser on PageLobby infrastructure and relays the browser view and visitor input. The destination ordinarily sees the temporary browser’s network information instead of the visitor’s device connection. PageLobby infrastructure necessarily processes the session traffic to provide this feature, although the product is not designed to record screen contents or form entries. Session cookies and browser storage persist only inside that session and are deleted when its container is destroyed, normally when the visitor closes it or after the session limit. If the visitor chooses “Open directly,” the destination loads on the visitor’s device and receives connection information in the ordinary way.

Service providers and cookies

PageLobby uses OpenAI-provided sign-in and hosting services, Cloudflare infrastructure for delivery, database storage, file storage, security, and bot protection, and private server infrastructure for temporary browsing sessions. These providers may process information on our behalf. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies such as __cf_bm. PageLobby also sets a short-lived, path-restricted capability cookie so a visitor can reconnect to their own private session.

Retention and control

Creator content remains until the creator edits or deletes it or until PageLobby removes it for safety or legal reasons. Analytics events and unresolved safety records are retained only as reasonably needed for product insight, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Creators can export their page from the studio and permanently delete their account there. Use the contact form for access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions.

Young people

PageLobby is not intended for children under 13. People under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Do not submit sensitive information about a child through a public page or report.

Security and changes

We use access controls, encrypted transport, restricted uploads, and abuse monitoring, but no online service can promise perfect security. We may update this policy as PageLobby changes and will revise the effective date when we do.
